Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Meridian Art Experience (“The mAe”):
We take utmost care to ensure you receive the product you ordered without any defects or error. Being human, we do make mistakes from time to time.
We offer returns, exchange and refunds for anything that’s our fault such as, damaged product or manufacture defect. If you incorrectly ordered the wrong item, sorry that one’s on you.
If we made the error, please contact us at email@example.com with the following details and we’ll take care of it:
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase and the sales order number
- If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment*.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our return/exchange/refund policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
We strive to ship most of our orders within a couple of business days of you making a purchase. If we haven’t processed your order yet we will gladly cancel your order for you immediately.
Sometimes we manufacture & package your orders within minutes of your purchase. If your product is already manufactured, unfortunately we can’t offer a cancellation.
